Terms of service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
§ 1 Scope
- These Terms of Service apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop at bellamiu.co (the “Shop”) between MIM International LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, operating under the brand “BellaMiu” (“we”, “us”), and our customers (“you”).
- A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A “business customer” is any natural or legal person acting in their trade, business or profession.
- Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
§ 2 Products
We sell exclusively digital content: printable games, activities and templates for children, supplied as downloadable PDF files. No physical products are shipped. The essential characteristics of each product (content, number of pages, format, recommended age) are stated on the respective product page.
§ 3 Conclusion of the contract
- The presentation of products in the Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
- You can place products in the cart and proceed to checkout. Before submitting the order, you can review all details and correct input errors using the usual browser and keyboard functions. By clicking the button “Pay now” (or a button with similar wording), you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.
- We send you an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send this order confirmation or when we make the download available to you, whichever occurs first.
- The contract languages are English and German.
- We store the contract text. You will receive the order details by email. These Terms of Service can be viewed at any time in the Shop. If you have a customer account, you can also view your past orders there.
§ 4 Prices and payment
- Prices are stated in euros (EUR). The price payable is the price shown at checkout. There are no shipping costs.
- The available payment methods are shown at checkout. They currently include credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed via Shopify Payments.
- Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge fees for currency conversion if your account is not held in euros.
§ 5 Delivery of digital content
- After successful payment, the digital content is made available for download, usually immediately. A download link appears on the order status page and is sent to the email address you provided. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
- You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that our emails are not blocked by spam filters.
- Technical requirements: a device with internet access, a current PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) and, to use the products, a printer (A4 or US Letter). Printing costs (paper, ink) are borne by you.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Refund Policy (withdrawal policy). The right of withdrawal also applies after the files have been downloaded; it ends 14 days after conclusion of the contract. You can withdraw by email, by letter or online using the “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract) button in the footer of every page.
§ 7 Licence and permitted use
- All products are protected by copyright. When you purchase a product, you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the products for private use and for use in daycares, kindergartens and schools and by childminders and other educators.
- Within this licence, you may print the files as often as you need, including printing copies for the children in your own family, group or class, and use the printed materials in play, lessons and care settings.
- You may not, in particular: resell the files or products derived from them; share, forward, distribute or make the digital files publicly available (e.g. by email to others, in social media groups, file-sharing services, cloud links, or school or daycare networks accessible to others); sell printed, laminated or modified copies or other derivatives; or remove copyright notices. Each institution or person using the digital files needs their own purchase.
- You are welcome to share photos of the products in use on social media, ideally with a mention of @bellamiu.
§ 8 Warranty
- Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, this includes in particular §§ 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) or the equivalent provisions of the consumer’s country of residence. We provide digital content that is free from defects and, where required, provide updates that are necessary to maintain conformity.
- If a file is faulty, incomplete or cannot be opened, please contact us at isa@bellamiu.co. We will promptly provide a corrected file.
§ 9 Safety notice
Our products are intended to be used by children under adult supervision. Cut-out pieces may be small and present a choking hazard for children under 3 years. Scissors and craft materials should only be used by or under the supervision of adults.
§ 10 Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product liability law, and to the extent we have assumed a guarantee.
- In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely). In that case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
- Otherwise, our liability is excluded. These limitations also apply in favour of our representatives and vicarious agents.
§ 11 Customer account
If you create a customer account, you must keep your access data confidential. You can have your account deleted at any time by contacting us.
§ 12 Age
Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or over, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
§ 13 Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 14 Governing law and place of jurisdiction
- These Terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
- If you are a business customer, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
§ 15 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
