Shipping policy

• Digital products only. All BellaMiu products are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no shipping costs.
• Delivery. After successful payment, your download link appears immediately on the order confirmation page. We also send it to the email address you provided, usually within a few minutes.
• Delivery area. Worldwide, wherever our shop is available.
• Download access. Please save the files on your device after downloading. If you have a customer account, you can also access your orders there.
• No email received? Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, email isa@bellamiu.co with your order number and we will resend the link.
• Printing. You print the products yourself at home or at a print shop. We recommend A4 (or US Letter) paper of 160–200 g/m² and, for reusable games, laminating.
• Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from conclusion of the contract, also after downloading (see Refund Policy).
