Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MIM International LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, email: isa@bellamiu.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract) button in the footer of every page of our shop. It opens a form in which you enter your name, your email address and your order number; you then send your withdrawal by clicking “Widerruf bestätigen” (confirm withdrawal). If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (by email) containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Additional information

After withdrawing, you may no longer use the digital content and may not make it available to third parties; please delete downloaded files and dispose of printouts. We may block further access to the download.

Our voluntary refund rules

• Faulty files: If a file is defective, incomplete or cannot be opened, we will provide a corrected file free of charge. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the purchase price.
• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. We grant these conditions to all customers worldwide.
